Our research focuses on developing methods for analyzing complex biological data. The resulting methods and approaches are applied in diverse areas of systems biology with a special focus on biotechnology, nutrition, immunology, medical biology and systems medicine. The methods can be divided in multivariate data analysis methods and model-based methods.
